By Car:

 

From the North:

​

Nearest motorway exit: M6 Junction 3

1. Leave the M6 at Junction 3, taking the A444 towards Coventry.

2. Continue straight on the A444 for about 5 miles towards the city centre.

3. At the large roundabout (Binley Woods / Whitley area), take the 2nd exit onto the A45 (Fletchamstead Highway) towards Birmingham.

4. Follow the A45 for about 3 miles.

5. Take the exit for Charter Avenue (Canley / Tile Hill).

6. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road, take the 1st exit onto Charter Avenue.

7. Drive for about ½ mile, then turn right into Curriers Close (signposted for Charter Avenue Industrial Estate).

8. Follow the road until you reach Santis House, clearly signposted within the estate.

From the East:

 

Nearest motorway exit: M45 Junction 1 (joins the A45)

1. Continue from the M45 onto the A45 westbound towards Coventry.

2. Pass Coventry Airport and Tollbar End roundabout (take the 2nd exit to stay on A45).

3. Follow the A45 for approximately 6 miles, passing through several roundabouts.

4. Take the Charter Avenue (Canley / Tile Hill) exit.

5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Charter Avenue.

6. After about ½ mile, turn right into Curriers Close.

7. Santis House will be on your right

From the South:

​

Nearest motorway exit: A46 / A45 Interchange (Coventry South / Stoneleigh)

1. From the M40, join the A46 northbound towards Coventry.

2. Continue to the A46/A45 interchange and follow signs for A45 West – Birmingham.

3. Stay on the A45 westbound for around 5 miles.

4. Take the Charter Avenue (Canley / Tile Hill) exit.

5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Charter Avenue.

6. After about ½ mile, turn right into Curriers Close.

7. Santis House will be on your right

From the West:

​

Nearest motorway exit: M42 Junction 6 (links to the A45)

1. Leave the M42 at Junction 6, following signs for the A45 East – Coventry.

2. Stay on the A45 for about 12 miles, passing Meriden and Tile Hill.

3. Take the Charter Avenue (Canley / Tile Hill) exit.

4. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Charter Avenue.

5. After approximately ½ mile, turn right into Curriers Close.

6. Santis House will be on your right.

🚆 By Train

​

If you’re arriving by train, it’s just a short walk from Tile Hill Station to Santis House.

1. From the Tile Hill Station car park (Cromwell Ln, Coventry CV4 8AS) head north.

2. Take a sharp right towards Falkland Close.

3. Turn left onto Falkland Close and follow the road for a couple of minutes.

4. When you see the sign, turn left again to stay on Falkland Close.

5. Finally, turn right onto Curriers Close — you’ll find Santis House just ahead on the left-hand side.
