MOT Annual Training

The new MOT Tester Annual training year syllabus for 2018/19 requires a comprehensive understanding of the revised MOT Inspection Manual which came into force on May 20th 2018, with an increased pass mark of 70%.

Because the changes have affected every tester, on every MOT test carried out we are advising all testers to consider their 2018/19 Annual Training early.

As well as this, now that the EU Directive 2014/45 has been implemented in the GB Testing Scheme there are considerable changes that testers need to be aware of.

For further information about the new Annual Training syllabus and the packages we offer, you can also see our MOT Annual Training Update for June 2018.

RMI Academy training centres are open to all eligible candidates and Testing Stations; however, members of the RMI can take advantage of preferential prices as a benefit of membership.
